Stereotaxis has a comprehensive, deep and broad patent portfolio consisting of more than 60 U.S. issued patents and 118 pending U.S. applications. Many of these are also filed in various international jurisdictions. Current patents cover the areas of advanced magnetic technology, imaging, diagnostic & therapeutic devices, software user interfaces, systems integration, remote device control, localization, and medical procedures. To date, none of our patents have been challenged by outside parties.

Stereotaxis will continue to build its intellectual property portfolio by constantly adding new applications to expand coverage and broaden patent protection. We expect that the intellectual property we are developing will advance the field of computer-guided automation for interventional medicine and bring new solutions and better treatment options to patients with heart disease.
