Understanding the Stereotaxis Magnetic Navigation System’s technology is critical to ensuring the most operative functionality. For this reason, Stereotaxis provides expert technical, clinical and service support to assist users with problems or questions that may arise. 

 

Upon installation, a clinical application support team provides on site training for physicians and technicians on the functional and clinical operations of the Niobe® System. Additionally, physicians and technical staff are trained intensively at our headquarters in St Louis in order to develop and improve their skills at safe and efficient navigation. Stereotaxis also supports experienced training centers worldwide where expert physicians can provide peer-to-peer input to physicians new to the system.

Technical and service support representatives are on call 24-hours a day to assist users with any mechanical or maintenance questions.
