The RMN system is highly sophisticated, allowing precision, reducing fluoroscopy time, and improved outcomes.

“Every patient has a story to tell, and each one betters us in many ways. One patient was amazed by all the equipment and feeling like he must be a special individual to warrant all of this,” says Dr. Rajdeep Gaitonde, a cardiologist and EP with UofL Health in Louisville. Truly impacting patients’ lives is what Dr. Gaitonde says is most rewarding about being an EP, a field he describes as the “only true aspect of cardiology that we can cure.”

Dr. Gaitonde and his partner have performed almost 1,000 robotic procedures with the Stereotaxis system at Jewish Hospital, which first implemented the technology in 2008. “The RMN system is highly sophisticated, allowing precision, reducing fluoroscopy time, and improved outcomes.”

Thanks for your commitment to bettering patients’ lives, Dr. Gaitonde!
