Dr. Fan Youqi of the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China has proven himself to be a highly-accomplished user of Stereotaxis technology, having completed over 1000 robotic procedures since being one of the first physicians in China to adopt the Stereotaxis system in 2013.

“RMN is much safer and allows me to actually focus on EP rather than manually controlling the catheter,” says Dr. Fan after stating his appreciation for the healing power of the field of electrophysiology. “Some may say that RMN requires more time, but I don’t think so. In our lab, we’ve done A-Fib ablations with the system in less than 100 minutes.” When required, he’s now able to perform as many as 5 robotic cases a day with the added productivity.
