For Dr. Erik Sirulnick, his first case on the Stereotaxis system “seems long ago.” Actually, the EP lab at Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas acquired the Stereotaxis system in 2015, becoming the first in Nevada to use robotic navigation for cardiac ablation. “We have had so many successful experiences with it,” he says, citing its higher fidelity mapping and safety profile as primary benefits. “It’s very gratifying to be able to cure patients in many cases.”
